Our Holiday Blend Is Fun and Flavorful
Medium coffee roasts provide plenty of that quintessential coffee flavor, without feeling overly heavy. Our holiday blean featuring beans from Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea are scored by notes of cherry, milk chocolate, and cedar. This is the perfect profile for a cold winter day. Joining our holiday blend are medium and dark roasts from Peru. These selections include notes of dark chocolate, fruit, and oak. If you like a dark, chocolaty profile in coffee, mixed with a lift from acidic berry flavor, we’ve got great options for you.

We roast our coffee in small batches, so you can enjoy incredible flavor that stays fresh. We also roast in small batches so that we can control different parameters of the roasting process. By slightly altering things like relative humidity, temperature, and roasting time, we can augment the flavor profile of a given bean variety. We make and keep a 5-day fresh promise at Dunn Brothers Coffee. What that means is that any coffee you’re trying at our store has been roasted within the last five days. We do this for the benefit of our customers, but also for our own benefit! We like changing things up and experimenting with new roast options.
