Keeping A Schedule In 2021

coralville keeping your schedule Maintaining your new resolutions, and staying on top of new tasks and hobbies, means you need a schedule. However, for many people staying on top of a schedule is tough, and falling behind soon means greater stress and anxiety levels. To help, we have a few tips for managing your daily tasks, and finding time to relax and enjoy yourself.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

How do you best keep track of the events in your life? For some, this requires physical calendar in the form of a dry erase board, book, or even a list on the refrigerator. For others, scheduling alerts on your phone or tablet is the way to go. Think about what you need to keep track of multiple events and duties in your life, both at work and at home. Creating a list of what you need to succeed means a better method of keeping track of your day-to-day events, and a better method of reaching goals and resolutions too!

How Do You Sabotage Yourself?

Time to be real with yourself. How do you sabotage yourself? Do you get distracted on the internet? Is social media an inescapable time suck? Do you get overwhelmed with multiple tasks on your docket, or obsess over one to the detriment of others? To break our patterns, we need to acknowledge them, this means being able to say out loud what is standing in the way of you and your goals, what is the roadblock to your productivity. Once you do so, you can create a plan to limit your distractions. You could limit the times you can use social media, to find other ways to prevent distractions.

You can work out, relax, read a book, find an activity that serves only you. You could be surprised at how much this improves your mood and productivity!
